Have you tried to „lock“ the valve after deflation by pressing the pump once? That’s a technique described very often here.

According to what I have read here and what my surgeon told me it’s recommended to tuck your Penis upwards for the first few months to get a better erection angle. I’d try to stick with that.

However, I don’t have any personal experience since my operation will be in October.
