Re: Frequent Urination?
If they put a catheter in you, that can cause the bladder to feel like it needs to empty. I've been getting catheterized every 3 months for a bladder cancer check. I always feel like I need to pee. But have your surgeon check for UTI and/or if you are emptying your bladder fully when you do urinate....

Re: Waistline circumstances after IPP. Reservoir?
The reservoir should not add any size to your waistline.
Well, unless you are a lazy butt like me and lay around eating cookies all day.

Re: New too this - Glad im finally doing something
Yes, there is an answer, although it might take some trials. Keep seeing the urologist, let them know what works and what doesn't. Keep in mind they have heard it all so don't be shy about telling them what you dick is doing or not doing.
Best of luck. Keep moving forward.

Congrats Dugan! You are so lucky to get through with no pain. I'm jealous because I hurt for a long time.
Hope you enjoy the new you. And your wife does too!

Re: New here and need advice
Mickey- Finding that sweet spot for an injection is a learning thing. Sorry to hear it hasn't been going well. I used an auto injector when I was on Trimix, it worked ok. I missed with it several times. At 68 and dealing with ED for 10-12 years I had enough. Not sure what to tell you. Do you see a u...
Re: Implantat
Glad you were able to make that decision. It is a tough one but I'm sure you'll be happy with the results. A female should not notice anything different, except the fact you can stay hard a long time. Look up how an implant works. The cylinders in your penis fill with saline when you squeeze the pum...
Re: Inflation
My first few months I probably inflated six out of seven days. Mostly because it felt good to have an erection again, although that usually ended up with me masturbating. I never did routine cycling. After a year being implanted the newness wore off and I probably only inflated twice a week, once fo...

Re: Refractory Period?
With the implant you can remain erect as long as you wish. After an orgasm I find it's tough to keep going because my dick is so sensitive. I have only been able to have more than one orgasm twice. Of course, I'm an old fart so you younger guys might be able to go multiple times.

Re: Are implants a long term solution?
An implant is usually said to last 10-15 years. Some break down sooner unfortunately. There is a sub-section here just for Peyronie's if you look through there you'll find more info. I've been implanted for just over 4 years now. Not much has changed as far as my penis.
