Never Enough: I don't know the answer to your question. But my usual blood pressure is 120/80 and I've never noticed any low blood pressure effects from combining sildenafil with Trimix.

Agree with bldoink, but if you add Viagra or Cialis to injections, don't forget to take it an hour ahead of an injection, to get it absorbed completely (and stay out of "priapism territory"!).

Reggieman: I use 31 gauge needles for Trimix injection, the thinnest available as far as I know, on the theory that they cause the minimum of tissue damage. You might ask the urologist whether there are any 32 gauge. (I'm not worried about breakage since the steel is very ductile.)

Scrotal skin will pass much more T into the bloodstream than other skin; in fact so much more that you should use less gel and get T measured after a week, so you don't overdose.

Stew: Years ago, before old age anorgasmia set in, I took gabapentin at a lower dose than you and it caused severe anorgasmia, which disappeared when I went off it. Maybe you can schedule sex days and go off it maybe 48 hours ahead.
