I need about 12% more Trimix in one side to get the same erection, so I'm guessing that this corpus has more volume. Both feel the same size though, flaccid or stiff.
Urologists say that testicles have nothing to do with the penis.

Re: Onset of Old Man's Disease
BPH wakes a guy in the middle of the night to pee because the enlarging prostate pushes against the bladder, reducing its volume. ConsumerLab.com says that beta-sitosterol is good for BPH. I used saw palmetto for years to lessen this problem and was happy with it, but the beta works a little better,...

Never Enough: You might be a "Hard/Flaccid" sufferer. This curious condition has its own topic here, and there's an interesting post from another UK resident Fed1981 in that topic: "Hard Flaccid - Success Story..." 9-3-20. His original complaint was in General Discussion "27...

Re: Reinjecting if first one misses.
Lawnman: Mooseman has your pain answer. The skin layers have a fine network of nerve fibers, and you can get a needle between them. I start by walking the needle around on the skin to find a painless spot. Then push in to the second skin layer - if there's pain I pull out and start over. Eventually ...

Re: New “member”
Bud: I also have a thin penis, so I use 5/16in. (8mm) needles (31 gauge.) I switched from 1/2in. years ago when I found that I could go right through a corpus. That isn't a problem (except for not getting the Trimix where it's supposed to go). Of course I could still use the 1/2in. length, just not ...

Re: New “member”
Agree with Old Guy, bldoink, and Txagq8 re auto injectors. I want to control the needle path. Your goal is to inject into a corpus cavernosum, but this commonly-used diagram shows ERECT corpora; the corpus you inject is much thinner. Picture a clock face - if you're trying to hit the right corpus on...

Re: New “member”
Welcome Bud. You're about to meet new friends. I've injected Trimix for seven years and am very satisfied with it. I find that manual injecting suits me better. The needles are made of very ductile steel, and so I don't worry about bending even 32 gauge, which are the thinnest available. I've bent a...

Re: Consistent dose or increase as vial ages
I've used six-month-old Trimix kept unfrozen at 40F(4C) without any apparent deterioration. On a vacation I used Trimix kept at room temperature for five days with no diminishment of effect. I've never had to increase the dose to get the same result.
I've never frozen Trimix in seven years of use.
