Re: Recent Implant with Dr. Eid, travel/Covid Q's
I had my revision done at the highest of the pandemic last May. I traveled to San Jose from Canada the moment Dr. Karpman had the green light to preform surgeries. I do not want to make a political statement here, but up until now, I'd love to get someone to explain to me the current hysteria. I'm ...

Re: Implant issue AMS 700
I have no idea how the financial part of this is going to work. I’m calling AMS tomorrow to vent. It’s so uncomfortable I can’t move. If I hear the surgeon say I’ll try to squeeze you in I’ll snap like twig. The more I think about this the madder I get. There’s no way this should have happened. It ...

Re: Swollen sack after pump replacement surgery
I want to update my situation and look for further help. Hematoma is still here and it's still big after about 4 weeks. I'm unable to feel the pump because it's inside the hematoma. I attach a pic. My surgeon said to wait more and make hot baths, but there are not noticeable improvements. What do y...

I'm not contesting that the LGX expands the length, it is just "not heavy duty".

LGX + cowgirl position, especially if your girl get a bit excited or switches to reverse cow girl = cylinder aneurysm and premature revision in a matter of months. LGX does not have the axial rigidity that the CX and the Titans have.

Re: Implant Surgeon
Thanks, Cincinnatus1951. Dr. Karpman meets my requirements and he is closer than any other recommended urologist that I know of. I plan to contact his office. Dr. Karpman did my revision last May and I'm very pleased with the outcome, and the whole process. I flew from Canada and it was the best de...

Absolutely not and you don't want them to do it.
Make sure that you get a strong antibiotic to get rid of the UTI then a urine culture would need to ensue once you complete the medication course to ensure that there is no more infection.

Re: won't inflate......
My AMS CX, implanted about 2.5 years ago, has recently stopped working properly. It won't inflate (I can't feel the "pop" when I squeeze the bulb to begin inflation). However, I can occasionally get it to work by first lying on my back and pushing in the deflate button, while at the same ...
Re: Revision
Absolutely, I have an 18 cm LGX with 2 cm rear tips… my stretch test put me at 6.751 done by the doctor, myself, and my significant other… basically, everything inflates fine mechanically but, the proximal stitches on the left side apparently the attached. When I inflate, there is about a 2 inch bu...
