Re: Titan Partial inflation for Nude resort?
I prefer to not see the kinks and hollows of the fully deflated Titan. Makes the penis look deformed. Pumping enough to smooth out all the wrinkles puts me well into erect appearance. I found my previous AMS to be a more natural flaccid look.

Re: Titan genesis pump deflate
I agree it difficult to master the deflate. The AMS 700 was much easier. I found when I cycling, the more I inflated, the harder it is to activate the deflate button.

Re: Insurance Denial
It took me a few tries to get approval. I think the insurance companies just try to wear you down. My first rejection said no cause sighted. History of smoking would have been acceptable. I asked if I start smoking, how long until approved and never got a response. I did win them over by mailing the...
Re: Revision
I hated the catheter on initial surgery that after revision I pleaded with the staff to let me go home without one. They told they would do that if I could urinate in the bottle before discharge. Being determined and still groggy I tried hard and eventually was able to let loose a stream which got o...

Re: slow puncture/leak
Had same symptoms. I consulted with Dr and was advised I needed revision. I did notice that if I stayed max inflated, which by then was 70%, the device stopped leaking. Staying 70% inflated for 4 months awaiting surgery was annoying, but I thought it would help preserve size. I did lose quite a lot ...

Re: Surgeon recommendations in the Wash DC area
I used Dr Cramer for original surgery. On revision at 3+ years, I was operated on my Dr Mendez. Her patient skills are very good. She listens, explains, and treats you with respect and kindness. Her surgical skills seem proficient. I did not have any issues with healing. The staff in her office are ...

Re: AMS 700 stopped working
Surgeon picked the titan as she wanted to eliminate the RTE’s and needed a size that AMS didn’t offer. I actually liked the AMS more due to comfort in the deflated state. (Softer). Not thrilled with the short lifespan I experienced.

Re: AMS 700 stopped working
My AMS 700 failed with the same symptoms. The recovery was easier on the revision. One thing that made it easier was going home without a catheter. The Dr said if I could demonstrate urinating before release, I would not need the catheter. It was difficult and I was still somewhat groggy, but I was ...

Re: For those with an implant how many years has it lasted you with everyday use?
Hillywilly, My failure was slow paced. I was losing fluid from the reservoir which showed up as the pump running flat before fully hard. It got progressively worse. I noticed that if l left the fluid in the cylinders, the system did not lose fluid. My solution was to pump full, which was 75% hard, a...

Re: For those with an implant how many years has it lasted you with everyday use?
3 years for me. When I look across posts on this forum, I only find one user who lasted upwards of 15 years, and he claimed never to use it. I do see many with multiple revisions over the span of less than 10 years. It could be that early failures is what brings users to FT, and as such we are not a...
