If there is ANY way you can get the money for the inflatable, I would really recommend it. Not many people are happy with the semi rigid implant, but most are extremely happy with the inflatable. You will lose a lot of size with the semi rigid. Get the inflatable if you can!

Yes, it counts if you never got any erection at all, then the lack of blood flow to your penis could cause you to lose size. But if you can get small erections then you should be fine until the implant.
