I don't need to learn, I already pee all over.....!!
Seriously, I now sit to pee whenever practical. At urinals, I try not to piss on the floor (or on my feet)....
It's a relatively small inconvenience compared to being "always ready"...
Good luck man

Re: Trimix Gel or Cialis for glans engorgement
I have also used both Trimix and Cialis for blood circulation to the glans. Not sure either made a big difference but I still take a (generic) Cialis 45 minutes or so before "showtime".... Last refill at Publix $18 for thirty 20mg pills.
Good luck man!

Re: Multi Orgasms since implant
Since my (first) implant, I have been experiencing what I call the "Post RP Never Ending Super Orgasm". It takes much longer to achieve orgasm but when finally I get there, it can last as long as the girl or I keep moving. An energetic girl on a "long cowgirl ride"" is an un...

Re: New and worried
While this may not help.... as I aged and before RP and implants, I found that if I fucked standing up (like standing by the bed with her face up on the bed), I could stay hard. If I lay down...erection gone. Hope it helps. Good luck man!

Re: Pulling down on pump to help set it in good position
My first (dipshit) surgeon never mentioned pulling down the pump. It eventually "settled" in a place where I could not reach both deflate buttons and stayed semi-hard for several months until revision one year after implant. Dr Perito emphasized pulling down the pump. With a couple of pump...

Re: Coloplast Titan - Airport security check??
I have a Patient Identification Card given to me by Dr Perito. I carry it in my wallet but have never needed to produce it. I also have one for my new Clareon Pan Optix Lens Implants. I'll probably never need it either but I carry it too.

Re: Coloplast Titan - Airport security check??
I rarely "completely deflate". I deflate enough to be comfortable, which I might estimate to be 80% or so. I do have a pretty small dick, whether that makes a difference. As an aside, years before my implant I was changing planes in Tokyo and got thoroughly patted down by a Japanese girl &...

Re: Implant after RP
A side benefit of being a post-rp implantee is the "never ending orgasm".....It takes a while to get there but, if one of us can keep moving, I can keep coming. And after I catch my breath, the orgasms are easier to achieve. I can keep going and going and coming and coming. It's astonishin...

Re: Coloplast Titan - Airport security check??
I've been through TSA many many times in the ten or so years I've been implanted. Never an issue at all. Good luck man!
