Re: Anyone Here Not Satisfied with Getting Implant?
I've heard about Edward Karpman, but searching my insurance he doesn't come up. But insurance is such a convoluted beast these days, I'm sure there is some out of network method to follow if I really dug into it. I haven't really decided if a 3rd implant is worth the effort... I've lost the size and...

Re: Anyone Here Not Satisfied with Getting Implant?
Ehhh... first implant lasted about 3 weeks and was removed due to infection. After switching surgeons (my mistake for even going with the first one), the 2nd implant surgery went very well. But I have Peyronie's and the surgeon could only place the tubes just so far, so I have floppy head and then s...

Re: There is an app for that!
Pump and motor look like something out of some crap kid's toy. Between lost remotes, chargers, extension cords, more complex mechanics and electricals that increase the chance of failure, the large battery/pump/charger/radio device under the skin (subcutaneous), this looks like a giant hell hole to...

There is an app for that!
An interesting concept... but sometimes low tech is the way to go.

Re: Manschaping - to shave or not to shave.
I've given up on shaving my shaft and sack... mainly because of the pump being in the way. But every once in a while, I'll wax... yup, hurts like #$*%^) but talk about baby smooth and lasts far longer than shaving. May even do a little bush trimming but have never liked the "bald" look on ...

Re: West Coast Implant Surgeons
I see Dr. Garcia at UCSF. After my first botched implant (not at UCSF), I was left with scar tissued layered on top of scar tissue! We had to do one surgery before the 2nd implant to remove scar tissue and two more after the implant. Dr. Lue came in for a professional 2nd opinion. I had seen him yea...

Re: Having a redo 2 years later
Funny, I am seeing my dick-doc on Friday for the same reason. The floppy head is just too annoying! Now I know why he placed it short... scar tissue up the wahzoo! I even had two post implant surgeries to remove more scar tissue. Good luck with your redo!

Re: One day
I was just going to post this.
And who wouldn't be temped to say, "hey doc, since you're gonna do it anyways, how about you up-size that puppy"

Re: Small scrotum for AMS pump
Due to heavy scarring in the shaft due to peyronie's, I had little option other than the AMS 700 CX. So between the scar tissue and lousy genetics I fall into the small side of things, including a high and tight sack. I questioned my surgeon about having enough space for the pump and he wasn't worri...

Tubing is causing pain...
Here is one that I haven't seen on here before.
The tubing from the right cylinder to the pump seems to have shifted around a bit (had the implant done a year ago), and causing some aching.
Anyone else have this experience or do I get to be special on this?
