hello men, Has anyone heard of a correlation between having a urethral stricture and ed??? what of a bladder neck contracture? If urine flow is restricted--it makes sense to me there might be problems with semen flow. Anybody have any info on this??

I had surgery march 23rd. While I am doing well I have severe incontinence and Ed. It is going to be a long road. I was a Gleason 7, t2b with 4 malignant tumors. They could only do nerve sparing on one side. I look forward to getting help from other guys in a similar situation.
