I’m also 4 months out. Maybe I was lucky but haven’t needed to tug at all. Occasionally the pump can irritate the right ball but not too often. The pump means I have to wear underwear in bed each night tho which again doesn’t bother me.
Now Implanted 9/12/17. 52 years old with ED for over 20 years. Tried all the pills and injections. Update. Implanted with Titan 22 + 1. by DR Ralph Dec 9th London. Now in recovery and at 3 months feeling the journey was worth the pain.

My doc said do not touch it till activation. Specifically asked him about tugging down. All doctors not the same?? Mine was put in form pubic area.

My doc said no need to.
Injections failed. Implanted 3-21-18 AMS 700 LGX 21 + 1 RTE 100 cc reservoir 6.5" L 5" G Dr. Kramer.

This practice is recommended for people that got implanted via infrapubic. It is a standard procedure to assure it stays in place since its placement cannot be secured more precisely than if implanted via penoscrotal method.

Was your two surgery's botched or were theAMS's bad? I'm leaning toward the AMS-LGX. Mine coming May 2nd.

77 years old, married 58 years. Had ED for the last 10 years or so.
May 2nd, 2018 Coloplast Titan implanted, 24cm with 1cm RTE's. All went well so far.

The first was a combination of botched and pump malfunction from the beginning. It was certified as damaged by AMS just one month after surgery.
The second one was botched since the pump healed so high that it was basically inoperable (it was due to infrapubic placement). The doctor was such an honest person that aceptes that it was his fault.
The third was a complicated botched procedure, rendering the implant to be very painful while inflation and it was impossible to maintain it inflated for a long time. Obviously, sex was extremely uncomfortable, to put it mildly, so sex life was non existent.

Mine was put in infrapubic. Down low and behind the balls. Guess doc pokes it down low with his finger.

Mine was infra pubic also. Doc came in checked me out. Let a little out and told me to tug lightly on the pump pulling it down. I pulled on it a little. Now it rests comfortably at the bottom of my sac. Pumping is never a problem and pump never bothers me.
