does anyone have this issue? whenever I use pge1.. I can't do a kegel ( make penis go up and down ) it almost feels like my penis is blocked with blood and cant force more in it

My layman wild guess would be to suggest backing off on the juice to a lower dose. However, I've never experienced that side effect.
