Attachments

I am having trouble sending an attachment (a photo) with a private message here at FT. I click on the "add files" button at the bottom of the send-message screen and it appears there, but when I send off the message, the file I thought I had attached is not there. (And when I view the sent message, the attachment doesn't show up there either.) Any suggestions?

Well, I guess no one knows how to do this.

When you add the attachment to your PM, look to see if there's a yellow triangle warning to the right side of the file name. Click the triangle to read the warning before you send.

The PM system won't accept .pdf or .jpg files as attachments so it's kind of useless.
