Sex after orgasm with implant

Postby Nocturne » Wed Dec 28, 2016 4:18 pm

After he ejaculates, a man with an implant can keep going.

But is it uncomfortable? And can he orgasm a second time?

My dick still works pretty well with small doses of Cialis, but I'm only 43 and I'm pretty sure I'll need an implant if I live long enough. So I'm curious.
Genetically sky-high Lp(a) of 390 led to various heart diseases. Ultra-low testosterone of 120 (now 480 with Clomid) also contributed to ED at age 41. Managing with daily Cialis, but for me, the implant is a "when", not an "if".

Implanted March 2nd by Dr. Kramer with AMS/LGX. Had a problem lower left (scar tissue) and he placed a larger (thicker) implant as you can here on the YouTube video. Got all back, ED over 10 years before Implant.

I will opine that it will depend on the man. Sometimes, when I would orgasm, my penis would be too sensitive to even touch and we would have to do other things until the sensitivity abated.

Also, figure that certain of your hormone levels will take a dive immediately after orgasm. Your penis may still be able, but your mind may wander off to that pillow beckoning you.

Sure, a man can orgasm a second time, but the refractory period is likely to govern when that will be.

There are techniques that will allow a man to delay orgasm which I have never mastered, but some men have. Other men have reportedly mastered the ability to have multiple orgasms without ejaculation. It takes practice and determination.

So, "Is it uncomfortable?". Maybe. It depends on you,
"Orgasm a second time?" Sure. But when will depend on you.

The foregoing is all opinion, but sincerely held and supported by all I have experienced, read and heard.

Thanks, Cigar56. The phrase "mentally aroused" evokes the contrast I had in mind when I mentioned the fall in hormone levels and the "pillow beckoning". Your phrasing is much more succinct.

A man with an implant can keep going after the first ejaculation. However, subsequent sex during that session may not be as satisfying for the man -- unless he is mentally aroused to complement the physical arousal. Implants and injections are perfect for men who want to really satisfy their significant others -- even if it means the guy will tap out after a while.
I've tried everything -- pills, injections pumps -- and now I am at the final frontier.

Good question.
I'd like to kill the idea of an implanted man being able to go on forever. Sure, technically it's possible, but it's not desirable. And of course, I am only speaking for myself.
As I have described before, my glans swells up and gets and stays extremely hard and full of blood. This is great and makes my implant erection feels completely natural, only better as in 100% reliable, exactly as hard every time (or as hard as I want it to be).
But - the blood flow to the glans is still a 100% natural process, and like any normal dick, my glans loses most of its engorgement after orgasm. And I don't think having sex with a soft glans is nowhere near as good as with a full glans from a pure physical pleasure point of view. Hence I don't get nearly as much pleasure from keeping on going after orgasm as I get from the sex before/during the orgasm.
I still do it now and then though, it basically depends on if my wife has orgasmed. If I am too turned on to wait for her, I'll keep going and let her have her orgasm. But that is more for her than for me.

Of course, some guys, or rather almost all guys I guess, with an implant do never get a properly blood filled glans since the ED normally hits both the cavernosum and the spongiosum. And in that case, I guess the answer to this question would be different. Sex after orgasm is probably about the same as before orgasm.

I suppose there is still the mental effect though for everyone, no matter blood filled glans or not.
I just am not as turned on after orgasm as I am before. So even if there was no difference in my glans hardness before and after I still don't think I'd enjoy the intercourse as much after orgasm as before.

So the answer is that sure, I can go on forever if I want. But I don't want to.
In my case, It is not as comfortable as before orgasm (mostly due to the glans losing most of its hardness after orgasm).
Can I orgasm a second time? Well, if I want to orgasm a second time, I would wait a while (the normal refractory period) and get turned on again, and thereby get my glans to swell up again. If just going on right after the first orgasm with a semi-soft glans, I wouldn't want to push it to the point needed to orgasm again. It would just feel as B-level sex with less pleasure than when the glans is filled. And I don't like to settle for second best if I don't have to.
