Quad mix not working well

I use quad mix in the following blend
Papaverine. 18
Phentolamine. 2
Atropine. 0.2
Alprostadil. 20

The dosage is 50 units but I am not getting a great erection. I get great gurth but not as hard as I would like. If flaccid is are 6:oo o'clock. Position my erection is only to 9:00 o'clock . I have been using injections for 12 years and I always had a 12:00 o'clock erection until the last 4 months. Also I notice that my penis appears to be short and fat rather than long and hard after injection. I spoke to the clinic and they instructed me to increase the dosage so I went from 50 to 90 units with the same results but more aching. Any suvgestions?

Have you tried a penis ring in tandem with the injections?
Eugene, Oregon, USA. Born 1941. Married 1968. ED since mid-1990s. Began trimix January 2014. Dosage gradually increased over time. Added cock ring in 2016. After dosage reached 30 units, switched to quad mix in May 2018. On blood pressure meds.

Agree..I use an adjustable ring and apply it just AFTER injecting. I leave it on for as long as 30-60 min...no more.
Make sure it's adjustable so you can easily remove it when you're still *full*.

On Trimix I found in frustration my erections improved when I reduced my dose to far less and worked back up. Weird!

Thanks for the advice! Do i need a cock ring that goes around my penis only or penis and scrotum. Also? What device would. You recommend?
