A good ED doctor in northern California

Hello,

Has anyone been to an ED doctor in the northern California area that you would recommend for an implant surgery?
52 yr old male. Had coloplast titan installed 3/2/16. 20cm + 1 cm extender. ED of the result of radiation treatments and testicular cancer.
