It would be less ackward to put the enter button below the check box ......for I am over 21 etc. instead of in the top area of that page.

You are right. I have come to hate that page. It is the first thing to go away when we can pay our web men.
We created it five years ago because an attorney told us we needed to protect ourselves from guys who might claim we were giving medical advice. While there is always a danger of guys being stupid and then trying to sue FrankTalk (we have no money...) it also does not really provide much protection. Some attorney will make up some reason why it is meaningless. Anyway, that page will be gone ASAP
