Time lapse

This is a brilliant site, but there seems to be a major time-lag before posts get on-line. I can understand the need to monitor what is posted, but as a newbie it seems like there is a three or four day time lag before something posted actually appears on the site. Just out of interest, I`m posting this on Sunday 7th July at 5.31 UK time. I wonder when it will appear.
