2 week-iversary

No photos today. I skipped yesterday's entry because it wasn't a banner news day, which is not a bad thing. Today marks the second week with the new device. Here are some observations (not necessarily complaints, but maybe not all positive, just observations.) Anyone who's been keeping up knows enough of the small stuff so I'm not going to repeat the small stuff.

I would say I've had 2-weeks with my new penis, but so far I still haven't gotten acquainted with him. I've half-cycled twice. At this point it looks exactly like the previous model, only it's permanently semi-firm. I expected to see more of me already; through all the research and everyone I've talked to and all the Reddit and FrankTalk posts, everyone has been crowing about the magnificent change from grower to shower, but I'm right where I started. Maybe there'll be a growth spurt once I start cycling. I'm hoping maybe it's residual swelling around the base and it's still partially buried. I've lost weight since surgery, too. I said at the beginning of these entries I wasn't concerned about my size, and I've really, really been trying not to be, but that's changing a little each day. But seriously folks: Where's the beef? And for those who ask why anyone gets worried about that part: because I'm a man with more penis-ego than I realized. Because I've been overly-proud of my cock since I was 12 years old, when I got the adult version. I was trying to shed that idea and find the Zen in it. I haven't.

I REALLY want a martini. I think I've earned a couple. But not until the edema goes away. I know: give it time, I have to allow myself to heal, let my body repair itself. I've been trying to be patient but I'm learning that isn't one of my highest-rated skills, and that's fine. GRRRR! BE PATIENT NOW! is becoming my new mantra. I can smell that new car smell, my finger is on the ignition button, but I can't start the engine yet, and I'm still another 2 weeks out from a test drive.

Hang in there Bearskin! Time heals most all things if properly installed. If you look at my signature you’ll see my waiting has turned into over 8 months and I am NOT A PATIENT PERSON!! I’ve learned a lot about my limitations and strengths and weaknesses over this last 8-9 months. Hang in there and wait til all is healed up and you’ll be a proud shower! Generally you’ll have a bit of puffiness around the base which hides the length. Look in the morning when you first wake up laying on your back before you get puffy from the day of fluid settling down into that area. I look longer in the mornings than later in the day especially when laying down. I also lost weight but I gained inches over this year. Assuming I’m loosing muscle and actually having fat. It will take another 6-8 months to get back to where I’m happy with my weight and measurements. Give it time and practice patience!! lol

Thank you! I'll level out emotionally once I level out visually. Of course it's not all about the size issue. The swollen ball bag is achy and tender and in the way, plus I"M HORNY AF and can't tend to that for 2 more weeks! That's half my crankiness, I think.
