Taking Sunday nice and slow, getting in some good sofa time and icing. Swelling and bruising have gone down significantly, but I'm feeling some pressure inside the scrotum, might be the pump rubbing a testicle. Still can't quite get in there to get two fingers around it, but getting close. Otherwise, took my first big walk - around the block. My first outing other than a quick trip to the doc office Friday. Trying to figure out how to go out in public with this wrap and a 1/3 boner. Also figuring out how to support the boys. I just happened to have some good underwear so didn't have to special order. Real Men and WildmanT, both from Amazon. I see the doc's Patient Educator and Intern Tuesday and hoping I might be able to cycle for the first time.
