3rd revision done and end result. (Pictures).

It’s been several months since my revision and everything seems to be going well. I was experiencing erosion of the tips so the cylinders were downsized to 22cm +1cm rte on the left and 24cm on the right. I do have silicone girth injections and was worried about migration or infections issues but that seems to not have happened. I started trt and have also noticed some more natural engorgement which was a nice surprise to me being that this was my 4 surgery in total and to still have engorgement feels great. I’m looking forward to my trip to Thailand and hope to get to test out my new revised titan implant with the local women. Anyways here is what my dick looks like after having a titan for over 8 years now.

The implant never failed. I ended up having a lot of erosion at the tips. Hopefully this is the end of the erosion. Yes insurance paid thankfully each time.
