Pain in the reservoir area.

Good afternoon, brothers.

12 days ago at the gym, while doing strength training, I felt a sharp, pinching pain in the reservoir area, and since then I've been feeling a mild ache in that zone. The prosthesis works perfectly when inflating and deflating. During these 12 days, I have trained more moderately, but even so, I still feel that mild pain today. This week I am going to stop exercising to let the body's tissue rest. Has anyone gone through something similar? Should I be worried, or should a week of rest simply be enough?
