Corpus Spongiosum Flat

Im a guy that is mid 40s and has Psychogenic Erectile Dysfunction....at least that's what my doc told me back in Feb 2021 when I started Trimix after all of the ED pills stopped working. When I use the injection, it works like its supposed to and gives me a good erection but the problem is my corpus spongiosum doesn't fully inflate, if it even inflates at all. Consequently, I'm not at my full penis size (not that Im large to begin with) and it bothers me because I need all I can get to please my wife (since I know she likes them larger, especially girthier). Is there anything I can do to inflate my corpus spongiosum, considering the injection isn't targeted there......thanks for the input!

Using tadalafil and sildenafil helps. Other suggestion, that I did not try, is to apply alprostadil gel over the glands.
