Implant and Sports

One of my concerns is that the implant and pump will interfere with my ability to play sports. For instance, I am an avid bike rider, will the pump interfere with that.

thats a good question, I read that if you bike you should get a specail seat that has a hole in the middle, good luck and not hard times but a lot of erect times lol.
I am 48 years old have had ED since I was 16, I can get an erection but I can not maintain it, tried pills I dont like the side effects, tried Trimix it has been hit and miss, I think I should get an implant.
