Advice for first time cycling

Postby Rider1400 » Wed Apr 08, 2026 12:27 pm

I had a revision 6 weeks ago today and got a 24cm Titan with 1 cm trimmed off the ends with a classic pump. My first one was a 20cm Titan with 1cm RTE. as I started cycling last week with permission from Clavell I realized I might be rushing it as it was pretty painful so I just did a few pumps and released a few times a day. Now this week it seems much better and I’m able to get a lot of pumps in with minor pain and able to keep it up for 20 plus minutes. Now my advice——. At first pump I could only get about 4-5 full pumps and things hit hard and started hurting. This confused me as I was getting 25-28 in with my 20cm implant. So after many cycles I was up to maybe 10 and then I had an idea. I really squeezed out all the fluid that I could which with a fresh cylinders takes about 10 times more pressure than I was used to with my 4 year old implant! This made me realize why newbies can sometimes only get 3-5 pumps in a new implant! It takes a lot more pressure squeezing to get fully deflated. You realize! After fully deflating I was immediately able to get 16-18 pumps in! And now after just 3 days of this and fully deflating I got 21 pumps in this morning! At this rate I’ll get to where I think I should be in a couple weeks or a month or two. I’m only down about 1/4 to a 1/2 inch from pre surgery and I still have some puffy swelling in my pad area where you measure so don’t have nearly as far to go as i did with my original implant which was more like an inch short. So for you newbies at cycling maybe 4-6 pumps is fine and a lot more fluid is in it than you realize!! Experiment with maybe wrapping a warm wash rag around it and gently squeezing while holding your deflate button and you might realize you can get a whole lot more deflated than You originally thought! Just my thoughts on cycling a new implant opposed to my 4 years old flimsy one! Any questions just fire away!
60yo.ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works w diminishing results.
Implanted 5-22 Titan 20cm with 1cm RTE.
Revision 3-26 Titan 24cm with 1cm trimmed off. Revision due to bad reservoir placement and potential tip erosion.

So you would say after four years it was impossible to get it rock hard like when it was new?

Was your bulb going flat or do you think your body was just completely relaxed to where the implant got full without putting pressure on the tunica (to make it rigid).

Of course its early but do you have the feeling most of the 2 new cm are deeper inside or that you might get longer than you were naturally?

Did the first implant only bring you back to your natural length or did you gain any from it in four years?
