I am not really one for journals since it’s difficult to follow everyone’s individual story but I realize for posterity it is helpful to have your notes available to search, so here goes:
10/7/25
Just got my Titan after heat/vibe pumping to the 9.7” mark this morning… gf was in the hotel bed probably like WTF is going down in that bathroom at 4 AM
She knows about pumping since I explained the circulation thing and that Dr Clavell recommends it, but I don’t remember if I let on about PE as a growth technique… I forget but I am telling her that since she only knows me post-ED, she has never seen the real me. Knocking on wood, gents! I know the glans won’t necessarily pop during sex like it does in a mushroom head cylinder, but I am hopeful for some length cementing.
Also some key insider information: Clavell was like “yeah its bullshit” about AMS having the only IPP that expands in length… the way he puts it, is they all expand some in length (I mean they are balloons after all).
So here, obviously hoping for the moon and realizing I need to be prepared for disappointment, but I am super curious about what I might be able to achieve with careful pumping and topicals with the implant doing my PE from the inside, and the possibility of getting revisions to larger cylinders as they become available.

The first thing I notice about the pump is how stiff the tubing is. My sack is fairly soft and fluffy so when I flop it around, the pump is like a joystick, free floating inside there. It may not be an issue but my mind goes to things like slamming on the dirt-bike seat and all the potential damage I might be capable of putting this thing through if I am not careful. Will monitor for changes. The fit of the cylinders in the shaft is still too painful to pull things this way and that to see just where the tubes drop from the shaft and so on.

Recent observations… the crinkling keeps increasing at the bend mainly… dog ears are still a bit painful sometimes but not like a folded straw, more like a crinkly accordion, and allows the flaccid to shrink a little more than expected.
Coloplast rep said 28 psi is the max expected pressure but its based on hand strength. Just recently I started adding the second hand to increase the squeeze strength and it is crazy how much pressure it can reach. For whatever reason I had believed that I was hitting the limit of the pump, as if there was a pressure limiter or something, but it was just the limit of my one hand. As of now I can pump to the max of one hand without much pain, just a slow build of aching. Adding the second hand allows for some extreme expansion but quickly brings on the sting and I have to release.

In the last few days I noticed at max pressure the head is higher than before… almost like the cylinders are pushing out below it. It still hangs at 4 o’clock from weight (on the bed it’s straight up), but the overall appearance is almost straight and almost turned up towards the end like a very slight saber curve. The sting is still all in the left side (the underdeveloped CC) but I can handle about half an hour of two-handed pumps (not fully two-hand squeeze just more than the right alone).

Sitting in pants at work doesn’t hurt anymore. A month ago I had to constantly rearrange down one pant leg.
