A little background: I was originally scheduled to get the Coloplast IPP this month, but after inflating the device in person, I had some reservations due to it not expanding longitudinally. Common sense tells me that without longitudinal expansion, some length loss will be unavoidable. The AMS was also too small and lacked rigidity. Eventually, research led me to the Rigicon Infla10 AX, which offers longitudinal expansion, great rigidity, and larger cylinders than the Coloplast. The problem is that it’s not covered by insurance and I can’t get it in the US. If I get it in Turkey, I can keep the total price (including) travel < $10,000.
I’ve been talking with a consultant from this clinic: istanbuliclinic.com/en/ Has anybody heard of them? Reviews seem difficult to find.

Make your research about the Titan and the AMS before making a decision.
All 3 devices can expand in length and girth with proper cycling.

I inflated the Titan in my hand and it didn’t elongate appreciably. This results in a rounding error when sizing. And the AMS is too small. I have a stretched length of 23 cm measured from the pubic bone. The AMS goes up to 21 cm, and quite a bit of that would be internal. Even if it elongates by 25%, it’s too small.
