Guys i know i have asked this a few times
But now i am scheduled to get implanted
In the furst week of May. 3 peice is not an option please dont ask why

I just wanted to know how hard and comfortable the implant is after a few years.As i know when u get implanted it feels very hard for first 3 months
but i want to know the longer picture

How is the hardness of the Malleable Implant after 1,2,3,4 years if u compare it to when u had natural hard erections

Its seems to be a silly question but i am just 27 and have a long life ahead
