I LOVE MY CPAP and my implant

Postby ColoplastTitanUpOver » Sun Feb 08, 2026 2:32 am

I figured I'd drop some good vibes in this forum about what went down last night.

In the quiet of my bedroom, that familiar whoosh from my CPAP machine is like a soft reminder that I'm still here, breathing easy through the night. Yeah, the mask kinda makes me look like Darth Vader's chill brother :D , but after years of battling sleep apnea, it's just my normal setup now. And get this, ever since I got my penile implant from my awesome surgeon, it's flipped what used to be a total buzzkill into something pretty damn cool. No more messing around with pills or stressing if it'll work; a few pumps, and boom, I'm rock solid and ready, every single time.

Like last night, for instance. My wife slips under the covers, her hand grazing my arm, and she gives me that smirk looking at the CPAP gear. "You and your toys," she jokes, but I can see that twinkle in her eye, she's totally digging the "upgraded" me after a three week break from her health issues. I chuckle a bit through the mask's steady hum, and that surge of confidence hits as I pump up the implant. It's hidden nice and snug under my abs, nobody'd ever guess, but man, does it come through. She climbs on top, her body warm against mine, and as I ease her down, it all just flows perfectly. The CPAP keeps my breaths steady, no wheezing or tapping out halfway, it's like an energy shot, letting me dive in deeper, hang in there longer.

We get into it, our moves lining up with that quiet machine rhythm in the background. "Damn, I love this version of you," she breathes out between gasps, her fingers messing up my hair as the heat builds. We switch it up, me on top, and it's smooth as hell, my Titan doesn't skip a beat, just lets us get lost in the moment. Her sounds blend with the CPAP's low buzz, ramping up till we're both wiped out, all wrapped up in the sheets with goofy grins.

That's the killer part. The implant didn't just patch a issue; it handed back that easy, fun closeness. And oddly enough, teaming it with the CPAP? It turns potential weirdness into our own little quirky bond. Life's too damn short for getting hung up on stuff folks, grab onto the tech like my CPAP and implant that keeps you feeling truly alive.

What about you guys? I freaking love my CPAP and my implant. It's a killer combo in my experience.

Well, I never.
That's a new one  I do have a CPAP but don't have bad sleep apnea, so I use mine from time to time to add a bit more oxygen to the system. It does make a noticeable difference.
I will be getting an implant in the near future so you never know.
1955. I have had ED for years. We were planning to go for a Rigi10 in October 2024. Life got in the way (heart attack & stent), so we are now going for injections as a fill-in. 9/2025 More life roadblocks with prostate Cancer:((
