Size increase due to prp

Guys i am planning for malleable implant
I had 3 prps and 6 shockwaves till date
But what i noticed that my length increased
From 14 to 16cms and girth from 4.5 to 6 inches

My question is if i delay my implant
Have 5mg tadalafil for 90 days regular
Completete 3 more prps
And use Vacuum erection device thrice a week
For 90 days

Will i gain and be able to preserve atleast some of the gains??

I know i wont be able to preserve all of it but atleast some??

I will go for implant eventually after 90 days

Probably a Rigi 10 or Tactra

just do the most you can, don't worry and get er done.
