Time to fix it and stop ignoring it

Hello all,
I am a 63 year old male, had some ed issues off and on most of my life, rare but frustrating. Started becoming a real problem in my 40’s. Divorced and have been with my current wife 22 years now with ED always present. Cialis worked until 10 years ago. Struggled for many years and mostly gave up. Wife very understanding but of course there have been discussions. I also had zero libido.
Now on TRT using androgel, getting a chub kissing my wife and awakening in the morning. This is a great development but still no usable erection.

I finally requested Trimix a few years ago. The test injection in the doctors office produced a chub and that’s it. The nurse practitioner just asked about my response, no visual. I went on with the lowest dosage for a couple years with it only working occasionally and with stimulation, no erection past orgasm and none lasting incredible amounts of time. I did not know to ask for higher dosages. In an attempt recently to tackle this once and for all I requested Super Trimix. The NP only increased the dosage to the next basic dosage. I had 3 failures in a row. Went in for my annual and told the doc I was fed up and ready to discuss an implant. He told me to come back with my medicine and he would inject me. Found out I was still on a basic dosage, 30/20/1 ( numbers may be out of order). He injected 20 units which was the most I had tried, CHUB, he then tried 20 more, no change. He ordered the strongest mix at 30/90/1 and I go back in a week to be injected.

If this doesn’t work we are discussing an implant. I will use my urologist instead of traveling elsewhere. I trust him, 30 years in practice and he saved my bacon in 10 minutes after a nightmare all nighter in the ER where absolutely no one knew how to fix my problem.

Started using a VED for rehab due to atrophy. Pumping for 3 weeks now. Some quick gains but slowing now (normal), pre ed younger days 7”, getting that now in the cylinder but I expect I need to keep my sights on the long term to get that back for real. Stretched flaccid almost right at 7” but some days only 6.5-6.75” WTF? LOL. USING A 1.75 cylinder now and filling the girth pretty well everywhere, staying with this to focus on length but have a 2” cylinder to move up to for girth expansion hopefully.
