Indian Male with Erectile Dysfnunction at 32

Hello, I am a 32 year old Indian male living in USA suffering from ED and I have still not been able to have penetrative Intercourse. I got married 2 years back and I discovered I had ED while attempting to have penetrative sex with my wife. I went to my doctor and he suggested Viagra and Cialis initially both of them which did not work, I could get an erection but I barely lasted for seconds before getting flaccid again. I took a penile doppler test and these are the results of the test

Pre-injection: We scanned the transverse dimensions of the penis and inspected the tunica albuginea .
There are no calcifications or extremely dense echogenic areas within the tunica albuginea.
Post-injection: After injection, the patient developed an erection, 5/10 in rigidity.
Post-injection, the cavernosal arterial diameters increased to 1.2 mm on the right, and 1 mm on the left.
For each cavernosal artery, peak systolic velocities (PSV), end-diastolic velocities (EDV), resistive indices (RI) were recorded approximately 10-15 minutes after injection.

Right corpus cavernosum:
PSV: 40.7 cm/sec
EDV: 13.2 cm/sec
RI: 0.67
Left corpus cavernosum:
PSV: 30.9 cm/sec
EDV: 11.77 cm/sec
RI: 0.62

Now my doctor is asking me to undergo Venous Leak Embolization since I am still young before doing something like an implant.Now I wanted to ask if it is advisable to do embolization or is it advisable to go get an implant directly? Based on the report, will I be a good candidate for Penile Implants and will implants fix my issue for once and for all? Some one please advise here

You will get back fir implant in a 2-3 yrs max

I have yet to hear of anyone whose ED was fixed with embolization. If it worked there would be a category here on FrankTalk for embolization and lots of guys would be discussing which doctor was best and which approach they took and so on.

Instead guys report no benefit or minor, short lived benefit. They end up getting an implant.

You mentioned pills didn’t work. Have you tried TriMix shots? If not, and you are willing to try them, see if that solves the problem for now. But if you can’t bear the thought of injecting your penis with medication, or you tried them and they don’t work, then get an implant.

If you decide to get an implant, seek out a consultation with the best high-volume surgeon you can. It makes a difference.

There is a guy AntonS on this forum who got a embolization and ended up with a whole host issues which eventually made his implant very difficult. Embolization doesn't work long term. Highly recommend against it. You should get a second opinion from Clavell or Hakky or some of the other great docs around

@sambalamba: You mean schlerotherapy? I am seeing some posts where people got schlerotherapy and faced issues.But I have not seen any issues with people who did embolization
