Any good Implant capable clinics Latin America?

The waitlists here are very long to get implant from local urologist via public health system.
Thats still my top choice but not sure If I even get a spot anytime in next year or even two.

I know there are private clinics in the US but they become cost prohibitive for me. I dont mind paying some extra $$, but I dont think I can afford the US private clinic quotes I've been hearing.

For any other elective procedures, like plastic surgery, there are very high quality clinics in central and South America that do the "health procedure tourism" thing at more reasonable costs.

If anyone here went that way, or knows of any such quality clinic/ doctor, please drop a message. I just want to explore options.
