Hello everyone, so I've noticed a really embarassing problem I have after getting my implant. I am always dribbling after urination no matter how much time I spend getting it out(sometimes I spend up to 10 minutes dangling and milking it). After some time I'll notice my underwear feels damp. I personally can't smell anything but I think others can and it's awful.
What do I do to combat this? I looked up some solutions and it seems Kegels and getting incontinence pads are the only things I can do. Any other suggestions or comments?
Thanks in advance

Dealing with dribbling after urination
23 y.o., Eastern Europe. Worsening ED from a very young age, probably after injury. Took Accutane at 14 - probably made it worse. Meds don't work. Implanted on 19.03 by Dr Ihsan Karaman in Istanbul, Rigicon Infla 10AX, 20 cm + 1cm RTE.

Re: Dealing with dribbling after urination
I have the same problem after prostatectomy and have come up with this idea.
Needs::
1-- Penis Clamp ( incontinence clamp) Spend some time learning how to use it correctly. The slightest pressure will stop the dribble.
2- A wearable stopwatch, wrist alarm, or a phone with a 1-hour alarm. You then go to the toilet and remove the clamp for as long as you can.
3- Not sure how an implant would affect it (as I do not have one yet), but the pressure will be so slight that I don't expect it to.
4- May only work if you can get to the bathroom often.
Good Luck

1955. I have had ED for years. We were planning to go for a Rigi10 in October 2024. Life got in the way (heart attack & stent), so we are now going for injections as a fill-in. 9/2025 More life roadblocks with prostate Cancer:((

Just a later thought. Have you got recent PSA blood test results?
