How does the implant change the curve—does the “shorter” part stretch?

2026 will be the year I finally get an implant. Ten years of struggle is enough—the ED isn't getting any better, quite the contrary, I need more and more Cialis to maintain the same level. My question: I have a congenital curve of about 35 degrees upward. An implant (I'll probably go with a Titan). As far as I understand, an implant straightens the penis.

But: Will the “shorter” side of the penis (the inside of the curve), become longer, i.e., stretched, or will the longer side (the outside of the curve) become shorter?

In my opinion, this is crucial in determining whether the implant will result in a reduction in length or not...

Does anyone have any experience with this?

The implant can only stretch things out, it can’t contract tissues. The short side will stretch…you won’t lose any size, and may gain some effective length with the curvature lessened or removed.
