There was a difference for me, but I don't know if I'm a typical case. My length was the same with trimix and implant, but I had a girth of 6.7" when using injections before I got the implant. With the implant, my girth was only 5.7". With time, this increased to 6".

The reason I think I might not be a typical case is that apparently, I have a weak tunica, which caused the shaft to bulge out on one side before I got the implant. After getting the implant, this bulge largely disappeared. There are pictures in my journal, if you're interested.

I didn't use injections continuously for 30 years. I started around 1990, but when Viagra came around, I switched to that. But then that didn't work so well any longer, so I switched back to injections. Then that didn't work so well either, so I used a combination of injections, Viagra, and a cockring. When that didn't work so well either, I got the implant. I've written more about it in my journal, if you're interested.

It really depends on your situation. For me, fibrosis and scarring from all the injections made me unable to reach full size when injecting. I was just looking at some photos I took after I did injection and it is crazy the amount of malformation that was there. My dick looked really sad and weird. The doctor said I'd probably get a 20cm, but during the surgery he found that was too small after removing all the scarring and eventually put in a 24. Now, it looks totally amazing and much longer than it was with injections. I wonder if this was partly due to using a VED daily for months. If you don't have scarring, it would probably end up about the same between tri-mix and the implant. All I can say is that I'm way happier with the implant than how it was with injections.

Natural girth was 12.5 cm. After implant, still 12.5 cm. With tri-mix gel and implant, about 13.3 cm. Yes, do have dog ears when flaccid.

Thanks dude for the quick reply. For many reasons I want to opt for the Titan but want to avoid the dog ears. Just can win it all.
