Curvature correction

I have a 70 degree upward curvature with mild ED but my erections are becoming less rigid. The high volume surgeon said the Titan would correct up to 30 percent and the remainder corrected by inter operative procedures during the implant surgery. Has anyone had a severe curvature that was fixed by the implant alone or did it require ad hoc surgical procedures?
