The only thing I take issue with in the Introduction is the statement "The procedure's irreversibility underscores its role as a definitive intervention, prioritizing mechanical reliability over spontaneity.". In my experience I think you get both. Spontaneity increases because of the ability to have an erection, on demand, under any condition. And, it only takes around 60-80 seconds to inflate. That's faster than it takes a lot of middle-aged guys to get a natural, rock-hard erection.

It jumped out at me as well when I read that. I wonder if that's an AI hallucination. That statment references a paper, but nothing in the referenced paper comes close to making that statement. It does sound made-up to me - I've never read anyone here saying anything like that.

Yikes, good catch, Duke! It reminds me of when ChatGPT claimed last year that Genesis had been upgraded to a Nitinol core.
