Sloped Angle

Postby browny30 » Wed Oct 29, 2025 8:05 pm

Hi all, I'm almost 4 weeks post op and in the first week of cycling, while fully pumped and standing my penis slopes a lot, I mean it points at 6 o'clock despite it being rock hard, when I look at it in the mirror it appears to look like a semi. When I'm lying down it points to the ceiling and appears like a normal solid erection.

Can anyone tell me if this is normal and did anyone else have these issues at the start? Please tell me this improved.

browny30, is it possible that you still have some swelling that's pushing down enough that when you're standing it causes the 6:00 angle ? When you lift from 6:00 to 3:00 do you notice any sensation that might indicate something is pushing down ?

Hi again, you're really helping me out on this thanks.

Right above the incision on scrotum, it feels hard, I think it's the tubes. Nothing that appears to pull down.
My scrotum seems to no longer be swollen. I can locate and deflate the bump with alot more ease.

You have just started to cycle your implant. Over time your penis will get larger ( especially girth) as your tissues stretch. Important to remember that about 1/3 of the implant is hidden inside your pelvis forming the base of your penis. As you cycle and expand, you should find your penis angle will go from pointing down at “ 6 o’clock” to something around 3 o’clock, and sticking out proudly. This was my experience, but it took a good month of cycling to get there!

I remember mine was sloped a little more down than it currently is at max. A couple months out of surgery was prob like 4ish when pumped up. Nowadays it's just under 3 so it points forward (but slightly angled down) so it improved a little bit. I just assumed because it's distally longer that gravity pulls it down.
I would imagine proximal crux length & angle play a role in it. Hopefully yours angles up more, at least how mine is around 3 because all positions work this way. Keep us posted

browny30, as I read Ephi82's post I really hope your situation resolves that easily. That said, as I read your description about something feeling hard, it reminded me of something I experienced. Because of heavy bleeding I developed a ring of edema (hardened blood) around the base of the shaft. It was so hard and immobile it prevented me from pointing any direction except straight out. Even after the general swelling went down, it took longer for my body to reabsorb the ring of edema. So -- if you have some hardened edema above the incision on the scrotum, maybe that's having some effect on angle ?
