I don’t understand the title, what does this mean?

You need to precise your question. How do you define „good“, how „affordable“?

Where are you located? Ready to travel? What kind of implant do you want? Etc etc…

There are so many information readily available on this platform. Did your search and read them already?

Turkey - Dr. Güleser
He is 39 years old and lives in Turkey. He struggled with erectile dysfunction for one year and tried all regenerative treatments, but none were effective. On October 1, 2025, an AMS LGX 700 (18 cm) implant was placed.

If you dont understand the title you shouldnt be on this forum since everyone here understands English.

No, what does the title mean? It doesn’t make any sense. Was it a typo and you wanted to say „who“ instead of „why“?

Weird response..

How come everyone else understands it? If you dont understand it as simple as it states then I can't help you. Strange question.

You have serious mental issues. Good luck.
