Just wanted to give a great thanks to this forum. You have no idea how much I have learned pre/post op. Was a long journey to get here, but worth all the pain. Some of which I still have 5 months later but only when I cycle the pump at intervals for an hour, a little bit more saline each time. Taking 10MG Cialis has also resulted in a firmer head and I swear at times I have a much firmer feeling. Could just be psycho schematic. Anyways, again thanks for all the support although you didn't know you were giving it to me. Finally I had no idea how much ED weighed on my self worth and how much more confident I feel now

Welcome to the brotherhood svenstauber ! You are absolutely correct, having a bionic dick is such an eye opener. In my experience it definitely restores your self worth and sexual confidence. Yeah, long periods of cycling at high inflation stills gives me some discomfort but I can usually tolerate an hour or more. I think it's worth the effort to get both the implant cylinders and penile tissue stretched to the maximum possible to help regain original size. I sometimes get some spontaneous natural glans engorgement just before orgasm that wasn't there pre-implant.
