Urinating

Postby Azul$17 » Fri Oct 17, 2025 8:25 pm

Just had ipp on 9/3/25 and my Dr. just gave me the green light to go have fun, so I just pumped up and masturbated and as I got excited I began to pee has this happened to anyone else , I can physically cum because I had prostate removed so I’m kinda bummed out about the pee

Welcome to FT and the bionic brotherhood Azul$17 :D. It's arousal incontinence, and at the point of orgasm it's called climacturia. Both are very common after a prostatectomy but I've read of it after IPP surgery as well. I struggled with both for a long time after prostate removal but eventually got it under control. After my IPP surgery I had a few minor issues then it settled down again. Now it's very rare that I might lose a few drops when really aroused. At orgasm during sex or masturbation it's not a problem now. I suggest keeping up with cycling your implant as much as possible, and for sexual activity inflate the IPP to the maximum you are comfortable with. That can assist by putting pressure on the urethra to minimise leakage. There was a small Korean clinical study some years ago that used partly inflated IPPs to resolve or reduce incontinence in post prostatectomy patients, and showed very good results in most. Also are you doing pelvic floor exercises (Kegels)? Those, and time, helped me to some extent after the prostate surgery. If you can, try and clench your pelvic floor during any sexual activity to help "train" the remaining bladder sphincter muscle to contract automatically. In my experience solving the problem was part physical and part psychological. With some effort hopefully you can enjoy your new toy without worrying about losing pee. There is a lot more info online that might help if you do a search.
