I got my implant about 5 weeks ago and today I took a long, hot bath and tried to reach for the deflate button and I think I could find it and press it!

But after pressing there was only little "deflation" by itself. So I tried to squeeze my cock (really hard) and it felt like getting a bit smaller.

After that I pumped it up again a bit and tried to deflate again and again I could feel the pressure easy a bit but my cock still sticking out like a small boner and far away from a small cock fitting inside my underwear.

Am I doing something wrong? Do I not hit or press the deflate button hard enough? Some tissues still a bit swollen and my scrotum small, so not easy to reach.

My doctor is in Turkey, so I can just whatsapp him and he says normally should deflate by itself after you press the button once and the valve should be open until you start pumping again......

Anybody got an idea or some experience similar to mine?

I have a Titan but not the One Touch.
Fill out signature with some information on your implant and others with same system will be happy to help you.
My guess is that you are not prepared to realize your pecker will not downsize a whole lot, and it takes a while before it softens up enough to wear jeans. I deflate mine and three pumps it’s actually firm enough for sex. It’s a whole new animal.

Up front, I am not a doctor. I have the Titan with the one touch pump. Your penis isn't going to be flaccid like it was before--it will be more visible. Dress appropriately.

I haven't found it deflates completely the way your doctor describes. Some fluid releases with the button depressed. I compress the shaft with one hand while holding down the button. When it is as deflated as I can get it, I pump the bulb one time to stop the valve--I have seen this somewhere and I think it helps keep it deflated.

I don’t have a Titan. But my experience and I am sure that of others is that your penis is going to feel big and erect for a while. I think that is for two reasons.

The first is that it just takes some time for the implant to settle in, it becomes less rigid in its flaccid state as time goes on. You are also likely to still have some swelling as your tissues are adjusting to the presence of the implant.

The other is that you just get used to it. If you are like a lot of guys with ED, your dick has likely atrophied. But now that it has an implant in it is going to look and feel a lot bigger when flaccid. But after a while you will not notice this as much, because of the softening I mentioned and because you get used to it.

It could be that there is a deflation problem, but it could also just be that. When I first got implanted it took me a while before I was able to deflate. If the problem persists you can probably send pics to your doc so he can determine whether there is a problem.

In the meantime, enjoy having a big ole dick!

First of all: THANKS so much for the very helpfull replies and YES, I think that might just be the reason and time will tell.

Takes some burden off my mind and makes me see it more relaxed.

So now after 5 weeks I will just deflate it in daytime, so my wife can count on me for some sociaizing and going out again which I avoided with a hurting hard cock before.

You have the OneTouch and hold the button? Does that make sese? It is called OneTouch because the valve stays open after pressing it once....that´s the way I understand it, right!?!
