Pain relief ideas

Hi all,
I'm currently on day 7 post op, and I've had got some amazing ideas on here for pain relief.
Best was obviously Ice,ice,ice.

My worst pain now is in the uber sensitive penis head/frenulum area which hurt every time I moved due to rubbing on the fabric,for this I ordered non adhesive soft foam wound dressing and wrapped it around the shaft and head.This has done wonders for the pain and mobility. I've also ordered some EMLA cream too.

If I went back a week ago, this is what I'd do.

1. Try getting the catheter removed straight away, the longer it's in you, the more issues down the line.

2. Take some stool softeners.

3. Ice asap and loads.

4. Jock strap for the balls

5. Non adhesive dressing for the penis shaft.

6. EMLA to numb when needed

7. Shower with hibiwash as it keeps you cleaner for longer. (Do not rub or directly wash your stitches)

8. Antibacterial wipe slight pat down to clean area

9. Make sure to rest but definitely try moving around as well.

Any hints or tips you guys can add to help someone about to take part in his journey?

Baby Sox.
Harley Davidson Baby Sox are thicker. Worth the 10 bucks as you’ll need them for a few weeks. Maybe even longer if you want to make your dick look bigger yet in your pants.
Ice (popcorn) and heating pad. You’ll need them. Keep them feet propped up as much as possible for a while.

Pain control for the first three days is 75% ice. The other 25% is ice.

Baby sock for over the glans.

Ice.

If you are supposed to keep the beast pointed north cut a horizontal slit in the top of the pouch on an oversized jockstrap. Let the babysock covered glans poke up through the slit.

Ice.

Some soft dressing (gauze) pads behind/under/around the boys & pump.

More ice.

A heating pad felt pretty good after the first three days of ice.

More ice.
