Pelvic muscles and anorgasmia

I’ve suffered with ED for over twelve years and in the last four years anorgasmia. Years ago I learned to flex my pelvic floor muscles during sex and this would cause me to have orgasm. Last several years this barely works and sometimes causes me to lose erection faster. Anyone ever tried this or had this kind of experience?
