How does this surgery interact with a tummy tuck?

Not sure if anyone has done both, or at least have knowledge on how they work together.

If I understand it correctly, getting a penile implant before a TT is scary, so I'll put the PI on hold and do it in the reverse order.

And doing a TT before a PI still makes for a different surgery than a normal PI, but hopefully it will be okay. The fluid reservoir will just need to be placed in a different location than the typical abdominal area or something?

And it has been done before someone to do both of them at the same time, which sounds pretty cool, but I'm not sure it would be realistic for me to go do it.

Anyways, obviously I'll mention this to both surgeons when the time comes, but I figure I'd try and start with you. Does anyone have any knowledge on how this interaction works? I'm hoping you can either set me straight, or tell me I'm on the right track.

Weirdly coincidental and a little embarrassing that I happen to be getting a TT (tummy tuck) tomorrow morning.

First to defend my decision this is cosmetic but not that much so and not from being a lazy slob. It's because I had this bladder surgery:



To remove this stone that had been hanging out there and growing larger for 10+ years after my brain injury, with no urologists ever looking or realizing it's there until one found it during a bladder Botox procedure.



And incisions so long and thick right over my stomach line messed it up and there's lots of excess tissues now. I was told I was kinda like mom's who have c-section kids. But they're often worse depending and insurance wasn't even worth contacting, I was told (but I think I can file a claim and get the price ($9150) back? Don't know how claims work yet.
