Can You Use The Same Needle Twice?

I have Viridal Duo 40mcg shots. Each cartridge comes with a needle. You take the needle out of its case and pop it onto the cartridge when you want to inject.

I went out drinking a few weeks ago with 2 cartridges and 2 needles in my back pocket. But it seems I lost 1 of the needles.

So - can I use the same needle twice?

Like, if I use a needle for 1 cartridge this weekend then remove it, wash it thoroughly and put it back in its box - will I be able to then use it on another cartridge in like a week?
