Wish I had known about Franktalk years ago. I'm scheduled for surgery Monday morning, 10/06/25 (AMS 700 LGX) . I've fought ED since I turned 60. Pills worked till 70, and it's been a fight since (I'm 74 YO now). Tried Trimix then Quadmix with very limited success. Had I discovered this site a few years earlier, I think I would have opted for the IPP surgery a long time ago.
Thanks for such a great site! I have no doubt I'll consult it Post-Op.

We will all be here for you. In the meantime, follow your doctors orders to the letter. Follow their orders and instructions even if it is different than something you read here. Different docs have different methods. Follow yours only.
And ice ice ice ice ice ice constantly for the first three days. Stay off your feet as much as possible for those first three days. Stay in bed. Rest. Ice.
Did I mention ice? LOL
The first few days of recovery are 80% ice. The other 20% is ice.
LOL. We’ll all be here for you and are eager to hear how it goes.

I've said the same thing many times. Didn't find Frank Talk until five months after my implant. So much good info here that all guys should know about if they have any sexual issues.
