Brachytherapy cured my prostrate cancer, but caused ED respectfully. No surprise.

Masturbation is my sex life. Kinda sad, I know. But it was a decision I made years ago.

I just miss my hard cock.

Wondering if there are other guys that are less active or not having sex that appreciate their IPP for masturbation alone.

That Trimix Gel is on my radar to use on my glans now or after my IPP.

I got up to 40 units of Trimix (40, 30, 5 blend) without success.

Gonna try the Quad mix just for giggles.

Toys do not work for me flaccid. I think after my IPP I will go strictly toys.

Pretty sure years of masturbation caused my fibrosis and hourglass PD. More so on left side being I’m right handed.

I did not know I had PD until after my blood flow was compromised from Brachytherapy.

Since I have my Titan I very very very rarely masturbate because I usually have sex with quite a lot of girls, sex weekly for sure.

Have you considered a malleable? Just asking because if I was in your situation, I may have considered that for reliability, cost, risk reasons and not having to think about what a partner might think of it.
