Just sharing my experience. I’m scheduled for a revision next week from the Rigicon X to the Rigicon AX inflatable. The revision is aimed at helping me regain my original size and potentially achieve slight gains over time, as many have reported with length-expanding models.
Some people argue that the only difference between length-expanding and non-length-expanding implants is the change between flaccid and erect states. I don’t believe that’s accurate. My surgeon explained that he’ll be able to implant the same size cylinder as my current non-length-expanding model, and the device should expand as much as my body allows. This means my flaccid state should remain unchanged, but I may see added length when inflated.
I understand that length gains aren’t guaranteed, but since I’ll be living with this implant for the next 10–15 years, I want to maximize the potential benefits. While the rigidity is said to be slightly less than with non-length-expanding models, I’m not concerned given how firm my current implant already is.
As for girth, both the X and AX are reported to expand to the same diameter, so I’m not sure whether there will be any noticeable difference.
I’m happy to provide updates if that would be of interest to anyone.

Hi mate,
I'm surprised you're going back so soon, you're nearly back to your original size and it's only been 8 weeks?. Are you having to pay for the op all over again?

43, ED since late 20's, Pills on and off since then increasing strengths with inconsistent results. Now 5mg Cialis daily and either 20mg Cialis or 100mg Viagra
Not sure if it's Psychological or Physiological, long-term use of SSRI's probably hasn't helped

Hey mate. I’m at 12 weeks now and haven’t seen any gains since week 7 despite cycling aggressively. I was also told not to expect anymore length by my surgeon and nurse from this implant. It’s just a cylinder swap so the cost of op is cheaper and I’m not too fussed about the price if it means things will have a better chance at returning to what they were pre-op.

Hi mate,
I'm judging you or anything, it just seems like a risk I guess to get back half an inch. I guess I'm interested as well because he's the same surgeon I'm interested in using next year.
You can PM me if you want, but I would be interested to know how much it cost you the first time and how much it will be to go back for the cylinder swap.
Did he say why he didn't go with that model cylinder the first time?. I'm assuming the new AX will be comparable in hardness?
